What to Expect

We aim to keep the reservation process clear and comfortable, so you always know what comes next. A deposit is required to reserve a kitten. The deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure that you have reached out with any questions prior to making the deposit.

What happens after I submit a reservation application?

We review each application personally and follow up promptly with next steps. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll discuss timing, available kittens, and how to move forward with confidence.

Can I request a specific kitten?

Yes—families are welcome to share preferences. We’ll always prioritize temperament, household match, and overall wellbeing to help place each kitten where they can thrive.

How early should we apply?

Earlier is usually better, especially for families with specific goals or timing in mind. Joining the process ahead of a planned homecoming gives us time to guide you thoughtfully. We generally operate with an extensive waitlist based on gender, color, lineage and polydactyl requests.

Will you ask additional follow-up questions?

Sometimes, yes. A few follow-up questions help us understand your home and expectations so we can make a careful, responsible match for both family and kitten.
